We are currently hiring Event Managers, Bartenders, Servers, and Event Chefs

Event Managers

– Experienced in orchestrating events with their strong food knowledge, attention to detail and eye for aesthetics
– Oversee all front of the house staff and act as liaison between client and chef to ensure a successful event

– Event Managers must be TIPs and ServSafe certified

Event Bartenders & Servers

– Follow LDC procedures/guidelines on set-up and organization
– Prepare stations and provide service to guests as required
– Assist in the set-up and break-down of rooms
– Provide fast, efficient and courteous service to clients
– Strict time frame must be followed thoroughly
– Let event managers know of any special guest needs or concerns
– Assist in other areas of the operation as required

– Bartenders must be TIPs certified

Event Chefs

– Have experience with fine cuisine, must be enthusiastic and creative.
– Be production oriented and have good people skills.
– Have impeccable taste buds and an eye for plate presentations, buffet set-ups, salads, desserts and hors d’oeuvres.

– Chefs must be ServSafe certified
